Hi Twinklepeeps! It's just me, Roo, flying solo, since Milo is off on his next adventure! Oh yes it's true-I almost cried at the Snail Mail Transporter Unit station (aka the post office) Saturday. Cowboy, ever gentle in these situations, suggested that even though Milo IS worth a million, I not claim that on the Customs forms.
As we pulled away from the post office, I thought about Milo, and how, just a mere 2 weeks ago, the majority of his life had been spent in a closet. While I'm sure the lovely Deborah's closet is spectacular, Milo's taste of new places, lifestyles and perspectives will surely change his way of thinking forever.
I wonder about all the brave people you know or hear about, who pull up stakes to take journeys requiring incredible amounts of courage-missionaries, teachers, doctors, and soldiers-who find themselves immersed in a completely different world. Amazing. Milo and I are inspired by you, and salute you! (Yes, that teeny tiny speck is Milo, under the flag, which is part of the Vietnam Vet Memorial in Tallahassee).
As I was deleting pictures from my camera, I came across some I had not shared. And some, I did not even take! So without further ado, I bring you Milo-the lost footage!

MILO!
Milo, hopped up on caffeine, crank calls Domino's and orders 52 pizzas. And then asks about Prince Albert in a Can.
Milo's ready for his next adventure-and oh, the places he'll go!Thank you, Deborah for the lovely gift of friendships, laughter and a few deep thoughts!
XOXOXO Roo
